Shipping Information
UK Orders
We aim to despatch orders received as soon as we possibly can (Mon-Fri). We will do our best to despatch it on the same day, however, during busy periods there may be some delays.
Orders are sent by first class Royal Mail within the UK and should arrive within 2-4 working days. For urgent orders please contact us prior to placing your order online.
International Orders
International orders are dealt with differently, but we aim to use the quickest means possible. All orders are shipped as standard via Royal Mail international Service. This is not a trackable service. For urgent orders or for requests for a courier delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order online.
Please note the length of time for deliveries outside of the UK:
- EU estimated delivery 5-7 working days
- US/CA estimated delivery 10-15 days
- Worldwide 3-4 weeks
Middle East Deliveries
Please note although we deliver worldwide we have experienced heavy delays of up to 4 weeks and more to our Middle East customers. Therefore, we urge our ME customers to please make it clear the PO Box address you will be using as this shortens the delivery time ad ensures you goods reach you.
The Royal Mail website clearly states:
“Delivery is to PO Boxes only for the Middle East.
There is no mail delivery to street addresses in the Middle East. All mail goes to PO Boxes at various post office locations or to business addresses for delivery to employees.
Please make sure you have the correct PO box address and include it on the item you are sending”.
Delays or Lost Orders
Royal Mail do not class items as lost until the following:-
1st class: 10 working days after the due date
2nd class: 10 working days after the due date
International Mail (Europe): 20 working days after the due date
International Mail (Rest of the World): 25 working days after the due date
We can only look into refunds or replacements until the items are classed as lost.
